PreActEDUCATION / INDUSTRY / CES 2024 LiDAR Sensor Promotion
1. Definitions:
PreAct refers to PreAct Technologies, Inc., the entity organizing and administering the prize giveaway.
"Sensor Owners" refers to individuals who, as of post announcement and product receival, own any sensors developed or sold by PreAct.
"Organizational Customers" refers to entities that are current customers of PreAct and have purchased products or services from the company for organizational or business purposes.
"Eligible Applicants"refer to a selected group of participants, determined by PreAct based on their entries.
"Winners" refers to the participants selected as the final recipients of the prize in accordance with the terms and conditions of the giveaway.
2. Eligibility:
The PreAct Free LiDAR Sensor Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PreAct Technologies are not eligible to participate.
Current Sensor Owners, Organizational Customers, and current PreAct Employees, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Limited to participants located in the United States, Canada, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Moldova, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland.

In addition, entrants' area of expertise or study must reasonably relate to use of PreAct sensors, as determined by PreAct. Exemplary areas of expertise include Robotics, Agriculture, Healthcare, and Smart Cities industries.]
[FOR INDUSTRY: Eligibility is limited to entrants that are entities who demonstrate a legitimate use case for developing products that include or use PreAct's sensors, as determined by PreAct. Exemplary products include those for: Robotics, Agriculture, Healthcare, and Smart Cities industries.]
[FOR CES 2024: Eligibility is limited to attendees of CES 2024 that visited the PreAct team at the West Hall, booth #6366.]
3. Entry Period:
[FOR INDUSTRY: This giveaway begins on December 13, 2023, and ends on December 27, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. (PST).]
[FOR EDUCATION AND CES: This giveaway begins onJanuary 2, 2024, and ends on January 16, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. (PST).]
How to Enter:

2. provide contact information to the PreAct team at the West Hall, booth #6366.]
Only one entry per entity is allowed.
4. Program Criteria:
Project concept must demonstrate Innovation, creativity, and ingenuity.
Positively affecting change in your work environment or industry through:
• Streamlining processes with automation.
• Unifying communication channels.
• Improving decision-making based on analytics.
• Helping align the entire organization.
• Connecting teams better.
• Improving employee productivity and satisfaction.
5. Winner Selection Process:
[FOR EDUCATION AND INDUSTRY: a pool of Eligible Applicants will be selected from entries by PreAct for an interview process. Eligible Applicants will then be interviewed by PreAct, and the Winners will be selected by PreAct from among the Eligible Applicants based on, but not limited, the following criteria.
Innovation, creativity, and ingenuity.
Positively affecting change in your work environment or industry through:
• Streamlining processes with automation.
• Unifying communication channels.
• Improving decision-making based on analytics.
• Helping align the entire organization.
• Connecting teams better.
• Improving employee productivity and satisfaction.
[FOR CES: The Winners will be selected from all Eligible Applicants received during the Entry Period. Winners of the exclusive promotion will be announced on PreAct’s website on January 31.
6. Prize:
The prize is one PreAct Mojave sensor, a value of $350.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
7. Notification:
The Winners will be announced on January 31, 2024, through PreAct’s website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, and the Winners will also be notified via email the same day of the drawing.
If an individual winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner may be selected.
8. Privacy:
Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Disqualification:
PreAct reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these terms and conditions or are fraudulent.
10. Governing Law and Venue:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portland, Oregon.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Portland, Oregon, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. General:
PreAct Technologies reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of PreAct, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
